ANITA NETTLES

Anita Faye Nettles, 66, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Nettles was born Oct. 26, 1951, in Texarkana. She was retired from Bowie County Health Department and a member of Cross Pointe Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Nettles. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Jennifer Phillips and Kristin and Lane Peeples of Texarkana; one brother, Carl West of Nash, Texas; four grandchildren, Ethan Phillips, Cameron Phillips, Hollis Peeples and Hensley Peeples; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas, with the Rev. Charles Sutton officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
