Ronald Eugene Kirby, 67, of Douglassville, Texas, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, at his home. Mr. Kirby was born March 19, 1951, in Atlanta, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Melodie Stanfield of Douglassville; one daughter and son-in-law, Kristy and Larry Baker of Bullard, Texas; one son, John Kirby of Tyler, Texas; two stepsons, Brandon Stanfield and Eric Fultz of Texarkana; one brother, Jesse Kirby of Maud, Texas; one sister, Barbara Jean Phillips of Fouke, Ark.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
