WILLIAM WADDELL

NEW BOSTON, Texas—William A. Waddell, 70, of New Boston died Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, at his home. Mr. Waddell was born Sept. 3, 1948, in Tulsa, Okla. He was a retired equipment specialist with the Department of Defense and a member of Upper Room Sunday School Class and Tapp United Methodist Church, New Boston. Survivors include his wife, Kitty Waddell of New Boston; two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Angela Waddell of Livingston, Texas, and Jeremy and Kelly Waddell of Texarkana; one brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Erma Waddell; six grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Tapp United Methodist Church with Tommy Earl Burton officiating under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.
