STEPHEN CLEMMONS

Stephen Ray Clemmons, age 72, of Bismarck, passed from this life on Thursday, November 25, 2021, at his home. He was born January 18, 1949, in Texarkana, AR, the son of the late L.G. and Reba Clowers Clemmons. Steve was a 1967 graduate of Arkansas High School. He was a United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam war. Steve retired from the Arkansas State Police, Criminal Investigations Division at the rank of Sergeant. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Bismarck. Steve enjoyed watching football, playing music and fishing with his grandson in his free time. He was preceded in death by his parents. Steve is survived by his wife, Rosey Harris Clemmons of Bismarck, two daughters, Megan Bunch (J.R.) of Texarkana, AR and Jennifer Hinds of Bismarck, one brother, Roger Clemmons (Melodie) of Wake Village, TX, two grandchildren, Jaelyn Bunch of Texarkana, AR and Jackson Hinds of Bismarck. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Bismarck with Bro. Hal Dixon and Bro. Randy Gaither officiating. Military honors will be rendered by the United States Air Force Honor Guard.
