NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Miller County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Miller County, Arkansas:
Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) in Deutschman’s Second Addition to the City of Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas.
The above-described property is located at 1204 Ash, Texarkana, AR 71854, and it is also identified by the Miller County Assessor as Parcel Number 2370200.
Such property was sold at a public auction for tax delinquent lands on August 6, 2024, under the authority of Ark. Code Ann. §§ 26-37-101 and 26-37-202. Plaintiffs acquired title to the property from Tommy Land, Commissioner of State Lands, by Limited Warranty Deed for Forfeited Property dated August 19, 2024, recorded August 20, 2024, and filed in Book 2024, Page 5001 of the Deed Records of Miller County, Arkansas.
All persons who can set up any right to the land so purchased in consequence of any informality or any irregularity connected with the sale are called to show cause, within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this Notice, why the sale so made should not be confirmed.
