The Little River County
Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking bids for the following:
Two (2) 2024 Ford F-150 Responders 4x4 Crew Cab equipped with 3.5L Eco boost Engine.
Vehicle Must be in New, Never Titled Condition, and have a Pursuit Rating by the Ford Motor Company.
Vehicle is to be white in Color. Vehicle shall be equipped by the bidder with the Following Equipment ENFLB1254-DUO 54” Lightbar, A Soundoff ETSA481RSP Siren Controller, a ETSS100JSiren Speaker Capable of 100W Output. A Westin HDX Grille Guard, Black in Color with 4 SoundOff Mpower Lights Dual Blue and White Capable mounted forward facing, The Lights Shall be capable of Flashing Blue and White and White Steady Burn for Scene Lighting, The HDX Bumper must also have 1 Each side for a Total of 2 Mpower Blue and White Kicked out at a 35 Degree Angle. The vehicle shall also be equipped with a ETHFSS-SP-ISO Headlight Flasher (Wig Wag). The Side Lighting Shall Be Soundoff Intersector Lights that are Blue/White Capable underneath the mirrors 2 Total, 1 Each side. The Vehicle shall also be equipped with Two Mpower Lights Underneath the Tailgate, but Above the Bumper, these lights shall be surface mounted and Capable of Blue and Amber flashing patterns.
The Interior Shall be Equipped with a Jotto Desk Widebody Console specially designed for the 2024 Ford F-150 with a Locking Side Compartment for Weapon (Handgun) Storage, with the Applicable Floor Plate for Mounting to the Ford Factory Mounting Points. The Console shall have a Dual Cupholder, 425-1849 Armrest, and Dual USB and AC Port with 12 Volt Power, that is Timed to the Ignition of the vehicle. The Vehicle shall also be equipped with 475-1291 Jotto Single Cell and 475-2038 Dual Weapon single cell mount. The Vehicle shall also be equipped with a Minimum of Two Fuse Blocks and a Timer with 4 Outputs that range from 30 Minutes to 2 Hours to conserve battery.

The Vehicle Shall also be equipped with 2 Streamlight Stinger Dual Switch High Lumen Flashlight, that is wired to the vehicle with a 2-hour timer to charge after the vehicle is turned off. The Vehicle shall also be equipped with a Tessco Drive X Cell phone booster antenna and the proper antennas and coax to make the unit operational/functional. The Vehicle shall also be equipped with a TBS-69 Toolbox, Black in Color, Cross bed Utility Toolbox. The Vehicle Shall also be equipped with Westin HDX Series Step Bars that are black in color. All equipment is to be installed and programmed to the Sheriffs Specifications. A Written Warranty is required with Bid Response and no less than 5 references shall also be tendered with the bid response. Any Brand Substitutions Must be approved by the Sheriff in Writing Prior to the closing of taking bids.
Bids may be submitted until Friday January 31st, 2025. Bids will be open 10am Monday February 3rd, at the Little River County Court House. Little River County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
