The County of Cass plans to apply for the USDA Forest Service Community Wildfire Defense Grant Project Program from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and is soliciting proposals to provide administration and/or project management services for USDA-FS-2024-CWDG-SGSF contract(s), if awarded. Applications and information can be found on our website at co.cass.tx.us under the Auditor’s Office home page. Please electronically submit your proposal in .pdf format via email [email protected] Proposals must be received by the County no later than 2:00 PM on January 27, 2025 to be considered. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
