Two Texarkana eateries close

The Catch, a seafood restaurant at 121 Richmond Ranch Road has closed. A sign with an apology to customers was posted on a window. Sum Burger, a burger joint at 4059 Jefferson Ave., on the Arkansas side has closed as well.
