REDWATER, Texas -- Redwater High School's theater members excelled in a recent competition, which allowed them to advance to the next round.
The students competed in a One Act Play UIL District Competition at Chisum High School in Paris, Texas, on Saturday and placed second in the overall competition.
They will go on to compete at the bi-district level March 29 at Northeast Texas Community College in Mount Pleasant.
Students Jayson Finley, Cami McWilliams, Ella Stewart and Katelyn Latimer received individual awards, respectively, for: All Star Cast, Best Performer, Honorable Mention and Outstanding Technician.
