Year goes down as Arkansas’ 3rd-hottest year on record

Temperatures and precipitation in Arkansas were above average once more in 2024 for a 10th straight year, according to the National Weather Service in Little Rock's 2024 climate summary, marking the longest such streaks in the Natural State since records began in 1895.
