Top administrator of Arkansas Supreme Court requests Chief Justice Karen Baker be barred from his and his employees’ offices

Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice Karen Baker said she was in the Justice Building on Tuesday afternoon despite a request by the Administrative Office of the Courts' director that she not enter his offices or communicate with his staff.
