ESTELLE KIRKLAND

LINDEN, Texas—Estelle Modene Kirkland, 80, of Linden died recently. <br />Mrs. Kirkland was born in Mira, La. She was a retired licensed practical nurse. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Carolyn Elaine Kirkland Erwin; and one grandson, Terry Christopher Smith Jr. <br />Survivors include her husband, Winfred L. Kirkland of Linden; one son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Gloria Kirkland of Haughton, La.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gloria and Chris Smith of Keithville, La., and Debbie and George Crawford of Jacksonville, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. <br />Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Corinth Cemetery with Dr. David Baxley officiating. Burial will be under direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.reeder-davis.com.
