HELEN THIEME <br />HOPE, Ark.—Helen Carlotta Zumwalt Thieme, 90, of Melbourne, Fla., died Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, at her home. <br />Mrs. Thieme was born Aug. 29, 1918, in Blevins, Ark. She was a retired college professor, former realtor, member of Million Dollar Sales Club, Education Counselor for the Blind Children of Vermont, a chemist at the armory and a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Reinhold “Bud” Thieme and E. Glen Johnson; and two sons, Reinhold William “Bill” Thieme and Frederick Harry Thieme. <br />Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and James Richardson McGinnis of Melbourne; one daughter-in-law, Kathie Woll of Belvins; two brothers, Coy Zumwalt and Henry Zumwalt of Blevins; three sisters, Leola Willard of Walla Walla, Wash., Louise Byers of Texarkana and Glendene Zenable of Rolla, Mo.; two grandchildren, Alexander William McGinnis and Kelsey Frances McGinnis of Melbourne; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with the Rev. Earl Cumbie officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery, Blevins. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.brazzelfuneralhomes.com. <br /> <br />
