MARGARET JOHNSON

MURFREESBORO, Ark.—Margaret Laverne Johnson, 89, of Texarkana died Friday, Oct. 29, 2010. <br />Mrs. Johnson was born June 10, 1921, in Delight, Ark. She was a member of Delight Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfia Durward Johnson. <br />Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Reba Johnson of Texarkana; two sisters, Eloise Cotton of Texarkana and Sue Johnson of Delight; two grandchildren and grandchildren-in-law, Bonnie and Steve Riley of Princeton, Texas, and Tina and David Garcia of Nashville, Ark.; six great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Delight Methodist Church with Jim Henderson and Freeman Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Delight Cemetery under direction of Latimer Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at latimerfuneralhome.com. <br /> <br />
