ROGER LEWIS

Roger Dale Lewis, 66, of Texarkana, Texas, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at his home. <br />Mr. Lewis was born Jan. 25, 1944, in Pampa, Texas. He was a member of South Texarkana Baptist Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars and a Vietnam War Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his son, Aaron Lewis. <br />Survivors include his wife, Patricia Lewis of Texarkana; one son, Barry John Lewis of Texarkana; one daughter, Rebecca Lewis of Texarkana; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at South Texarkana Baptist Church with the Rev. Travis Payne officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. <br />Memorials may be made to Serenity Hospice. <br />Online registration is at eastfuneralhome.com. <br /> <br />
