MARY OLIVER

LINDEN, Texas—Mary Lee Oliver, 95, of Atlanta, Texas, died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011, in a Texarkana hospital.

Mrs. Oliver was born May 13, 1916, in Bivins, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Atlanta.

Survivors include three sons, Bobbie Oliver, Charlie Oliver and Freddie Oliver of Marshall, Texas; nine daughters, Claudia Credit, Mary Grant, Leatha Grant, Ruth Walker and Glinda Durley of Marshall, Dorothy Williams and Lerain Sheppard of Atlanta, Sandra Washington of Queen City, Texas, and Vivian Miller of Texarkana; one brother, Aggie Lee Matthews of Houston; two sisters, Josie Oliver of Dallas and Jeffery Bey of Atlanta; 45 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Cornerstone Assembly of God, Atlanta, with the Revs. J. Stanmore and D. Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Bivins, under direction of Linden Funeral Home.

Viewing will be noon to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home with visitation from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
