MARY ADAMS

PRESCOTT, Ark.—Mary Sue Adams, 80, of Rosston, Ark., died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, in Prescott.

Mrs. Adams was born Oct. 16, 1933, in Prescott. She was a retired certified nursing assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Junior Adams.

Survivors include three sons, James Adams of Hope, Ark., Paul Adams of Lewisville, Ark., and Thomas Adams of Emmet, Ark.; three daughters, Connie Biddle of Rosston, Ark., Marilyn Gleason of Memphis, Tenn., and Carolyn Meadows of Little Rock; one brother, Roy Daniel of Texas; one sister, Lenora McWilliams of Prescott; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Union Baptist Church, Rosston, with Joe Brown officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery under direction of Pharr Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
