MAYLENE ALEXANDER

De QUEEN, Ark.—Maylene Grace Southworth Alexander, 81, of De Queen died Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Alexander was born Oct. 31, 1932, in Broken Arrow, Okla. She was a member of De Queen First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max; and one daughter, Cynthia Southworth.

Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Claudia Stiers of De Queen and Brynda and Rick Lilley of Morrilton, Ark.; three grandchildren and their spouses, Scot Stiers, Wendy and Cameron McCain and Dax and Amanda Lilley; two special friends, Lavonne Mullins Tutt and David Walters; one brother; four great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
