PAUL BOONE

ATLANTA, Texas—Paul W. Boone, 82, of Queen City, Texas, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital.

Mr. Boone was born Oct. 4, 1931, in Bowie County, Texas. He was retired from Texas Department of Public Safety; a retired Cass County sheriff; a member of American Legion, Queen City Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5870 and First United Methodist Church, Queen City; and a Korean War Navy veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Joye Robinson Boone of Queen City; two sons, Larry Boone of Little Rock and Charles Boone of Queen City; two daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Kenneth Eaves of Atlanta and Kelli and Dan Radley of San Antonio; one brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Patsy Boone of Queen City; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Tabernacle with Chuch Huffman and Don Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery under direction of Hanner Funeral Service.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
