Cynthia Newton Davis, 52, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017, in Texarkana. Mrs. Davis was born Nov. 10, 1964, in Ashdown, Ark. She was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was preceded in death by one son, Vaughan Newton. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Davis; her mother, Wilma Mitchell; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Gerald and Arlene Newton, Wesley Newton and Kelsey and Sherry Newton; and one sister and brother-in-law, Tresa and Curtis Lewis. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Fred Gamble officiating under direction of Richardson Hill Funeral Home.
