HOPE, Ark.—Nancy Rosetta Stephens Harbin, 63, of Emmet, Ark., died Wednesday, March 29, 2017, in Texarkana, Texas. Mrs. Harbin was born Sept. 27, 1953, in St. Louis, Mo. She was employed in the poultry business and a member of Grace Baptist Church, Hope. Survivors include four brothers, Randall Stephens Jr. of Lonoke, Ark., Gerry Stephens Sr. of Hope, Bobby Stephens of Blevins, Ark., and David Stephens of DeAnn, Ark.; two sisters, Donna Stephens of HOpe and Sarah Emmons of McKinleyville, Calif.; one special friend, Ralph Jimenex of Emmet; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Ed Woods officiating. Burial will be in Snell Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
