NEW BOSTON, Texas—Thomas Frank Phillips, 63, of New Boston died Tuesday, March 28, 2017, in a local nursing home. Survivors include his wife, Dawn Clark Phillips of Texarkana; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Carolyn Faye Stuart Tucker of Virginia Beach, Va., Catherine Williams Vanlandingham and Janis Williams and Virgil Gibson of New Boston and Bradley Clark of Dallas; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at Gospel Tabernacle, New Boston, with Matt Neece officiating under direction of Comforter Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the church.
