VERNIECE McCULLOUGH

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Verniece Mae McCullough, 94, of Plano, Texas, died Saturday, March 30, 2018, in Simms, Texas. Mrs. McCullough was born July 12, 1923, in Mitchell, S.D. She was a retired operator and salesperson with Walmart and a member of Plano East Church of Christ, Plano. She was preceded in death by her husband, William McCullough; and one son, Herman McCullough. Survivors include one daughter, DeAnna White of Plano; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Larry and Tammy McCullough and Mike McCullough of Simms; one sister, Dorothy Ketterling of Morcroft, Wyo.; two brothers, Edward Stahl and Fred Stahl of Mitchell; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Sandhill Cemetery, Simms, with Kenny Gardner officiating. Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home.
