BENJAMIN SMITH

HOPE, Ark.—Benjamin R. Smith, 57, of Fulton, Ark., died Monday, April 2, 2018. Mr. Smith was born June 15, 1960, in Hempstead County, Ark. He was a farmer and a member of Garrett Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors include his parents, Willie and Liddy B. Keel Smith; six sisters, Georgia Brewer of Leeville, La., Verna Martin of San Francisco, Neva Fulcher of Dickinson, Texas, Kathrine Woods of Cedar Hill, Texas, Willie D. Mays of Hope and Arrie Smith of Fulton; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Greater St. Luke Baptist Church under direction of Hicks Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
