Judy Dailey

Judy Nan Dailey, 72 of Texarkana, TX. passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Dailey was born July 25, 1945 in Texarkana, AR. She was a Christian. Judy was a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University. She was a retired special education teacher for TASD. Judy was an avid collector of antiques, unique rocks and fossils. She enjoyed genealogy and creating stained glass artwork. Judy also loved traveling in their motor home all over the Western United States. Preceded in death by her daughter Susan Dailey, a twin sister Jerry Ann Thomas, a niece Shelly Ann Thomas, her parents Clarence and Ernestine Coopwood. Survived by her husband Roger Dale Dailey of Texarkana, TX; one son Dale Wayne Dailey and one granddaughter Violet Dailey both of Greenwood, AR; one step daughter and son-in-law Jessica E. and Derek Wright and one step granddaughter Khloe Wright all of Springdale, AR; one brother and sister-in-law Buddy and Charlotte Coopwood of Texarkana, TX; one sister and brother-in-law Lynn and Dan Ford of Shreveport, LA; plus numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Graveside funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery officiated by Mr. Bill Norton. Services are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
