MICKEY SEELY

NAPLES, Texas—Mickey Roe Seely, 80, of Omaha, Texas, died Friday, April 13, 2018, in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Mr. Seely was born June 4, 1937, in Marlowe, Okla. He was a retired sheriff's deputy, a rancher and a member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church, Omaha. He was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Seely; one daughter, Kay Seely; and one grandson, Ricky Don Rosewell. Survivors include his wife, Jan Seely of Omaha; two daughters and one son-in-law, Cindy Seely of Chandler, Texas, and Jonna and Todd Tye of Texarkana, Texas; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Dub and Judy Seely of Sallisaw, Okla., Ben and Susan Seely of Newberry, S.C., and Dean and Mary Seely of Chandler; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Harrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Nolan Richey officiating. Burial will be in Omaha Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
