STAMPS, Ark.—Tracy Dianne Kitchens, 57, of Texarkana, Ark., died Saturday, April 7, 2018. Ms. Kitchens was born Feb. 24, 1961. Survivors include two brothers, David Kitchens of Midwest City, Okla., and Jeff Kitchens of Fort Worth, Texas. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Home.
