IDABEL, Okla.—Mark Carter, 56, of Garvin, Okla., died Thursday, April 19, 2018, in Tulsa, Okla. Mr. Carter was born May 13, 1961, in Idabel. He was a farmer laborer. Survivors include his mother, Sue Carter of Garvin; one brother, Tim Carter of Garvin; one sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Steve Curtis of Millerton, Okla.; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Forest Hill Cemetery, Forest Grove community, Okla. Burial will be under direction of White Family Funeral Home.
