DORIS FELDMANN

Doris Collvins Richards Feldmann, 86, of New Boston, Texas, died Monday, July 30, 2018. Mrs. Feldmann was born June 16, 1932, in Avery, Texas. She was a home economist with Appalachian Power and West Texas Utilities, a home economics teacher and First Baptist Church, Texarkana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Gerald Leon Richards; and one son, Gerald Scott Richards. Survivors include four grandchildren, William Scott Richards of Tempe, Ariz., Walter Scott Richards of Austin, Ansel Scott Richards of Chicago and Kelley Anne Richards of Southlake, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Molly Fowler Richards of Southlake; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Chapelwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Sims officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Park Cemetery, Princeton, W.V. Visitation will follow services at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Dr. Gerald L.
