ATLANTA, Texas—Robert Lee Turner, 74, of New Boston, Texas, died Tuesday, July 31, 2018, in a Tyler, Texas hospital. Mr. Turner was born April 13, 1944, in New Boston. He was retired from Love Ammunition. Survivors include two sons, Chris Turner and Alfonzo Fultcher; four daughters, Takita Turner, Quanica Ware, Nakeisha Turner and Quontisha Benton; three sisters, Gladys Hasbrouck of Texarkana and Ethel Robinson and Virginia Minor of Dallas; three brothers, Don Noel of Dallas, Chet Turner of New Boston and Lynn Turner Harris of Spokane, Wash.; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be noon Saturday at Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home with James Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.
