Donald "Rusty" Russell Mitchell, Jr., age 59, of Texarkana, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 10, 2018 in Texarkana, Arkansas. Mr. Mitchell was born February 6, 1959 in Texarkana, Texas. He was employed at GreenPoint Ag. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Russell Mitchell, Sr. and Margaret Mitchell; one sister, Peggy Adcock; and one brother, Michael Mitchell. Survivors include his wife, Dianne Mitchell; his children and their spouses; Micah and Samantha Mitchell; Carley and Frank Gillette; Christian and Heather Mitchell; four grandchildren, Reese Gillette, Sophie Mitchell, Margaret Mitchell, and Mackenzie Scott; two sisters, Mary Helen Mitchell and Eve Ann George; and a number of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held 10AM Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas with Patrick Cannon officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Monday evening at the funeral home. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas.
