Joyce Ann Hart, 74, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018, in a local nursing home. Mrs. Hart was born Aug. 4, 1944, in Hope, Ark. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Kristi Hart and James Allen and Jennifer Puryear of Texarkana; one brother, Jerry Puryear of Little Rock; and one grandson, Brandon Puryear.
