Jacqueline Marie (Choate) Johnson age 58 of Templeton St. in Sparta, TN passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born April 22, 1960 in Dayton, OH to George Choate and Roberta (Stockstill) Choate. She was a homemaker and housewife. Jacqueline is survived by her Husband: Everett Eugene "Gene" Johnson Sparta, TN; (4) Daughters: Vickie Kelley Redwater, TX, Lisa Levertt Florence, TX, Tiffany Johnson and Nikki Johnson Both from Sparta, TN; (2) Sons: Brian Guthrie Cincinnati, OH and Chris Johnson Lebanon, TN; (1) Step-Son: Tony Johnson Allons, TN; (3) Sisters: Debbie Ward Murfreesboro, AR, Bobbie McMurry Texarkana, TX and Kay Powell Hooks, TX; (3) Brothers: Tony Choate Hooks, TX, Tim Choate Texarkana, TX and Jay Choate Collinsville, OK; (15) Grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her Parents: George and Roberta Choate; (1) Sister: Susan Story; (1) Brother: Mike Choate. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. from the Etter Baptist Church with Bro. Ken Collins officiating and burial in the Etter Cemetery.
