QUEEN CITY, Texas—Nathan Elias Garcia, 40, of Dallas died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at his home. Mr. Garcia was born July 6, 1978, in Snyder, Texas. Survivors include one daughter, Bethany Hope Garcia of Tyler, Texas; his parents, Vicky and Gary Barnett of Atlanta, Texas, and Ben Garcia of Nash, Texas; four brothers, Eric Garcia of Atlanta, Adam Garcia of Texarkana, Texas, Greg Barnett of Doddridge, Ark., and Matt Barnett of Magnolia, Ark.; two sisters, Yvette Cantu of Beeville, Texas, and Lexi Garcia-Shankle of Atlanta; his grandmother, Opal Gardner of Atlanta; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at Queen City Funeral Home. Burial will be in Courtland Cemetery. Online registration is at queencityfuneralhome.com.
