The family would like to thank Bailey Creek for their care and support. Special thanks to Hospice of Texarkana. While Dad was only in their care a short time, they treated our father as if he was family. The sorrow and anxiety of our family was greatly reduced due to their compassion and expertise. Also, a special thanks to Kathy, his therapist at Dr. Otero's office. Our Dad thought of her as his 3rd daughter. She not only offered mental health but spiritual guidance as well. Our family is honored to know such a caring and loving person. Memorials may be made to Opportunities, Inc., 6101 North Stateline Avenue, Texarkana, TX, 75503.
