PRESCOTT, Ark.—Barbara "Bobbi" Brown, 87, of Prescott died Monday, Aug. 27, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Brown was born Aug. 16, 1931, in Sheridan, Ark. She was owner of Sonic in Glenwood, Ark., and Nashville, Ark., former co-owner of Sonic, Prescott, former Counsel Lady for City of Prescott, and a member of Prescott Rotary Club and First Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by one son, Robert Mark Brown; and one daughter, Shelia Faye Brown. Survivors include her husband, Herman Brown of Prescott; one son and daughter-in-law, W. Herman and Bobbie Brown of Prescott; three daughters and one son-in-law, Sharon Kay and Ken Britton of Littleton, N.C., Judy D. Brown of Arkadelphia, Ark., and Paula Jean Brown of Little Rock; one sister, Ruby Jo Hicks of Mount Holly, Ark.; two grandchildren, Will Brown and Samantha Brown; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland and Neil Ridling officiating. Burial will be in Piney Grove Cemetery.
