Cathy Jean Gathright

STAMPS, Ark.—Cathy Jean Gathright, 61, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, in a Little Rock, Ark., hospital. Mrs. Gathright was born Aug. 19, 1957, in Texarkana, Ark. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Marla Jo Thomason. Survivors include her husband, John Gathright; one son, Danny Thomason of Henderson, Tenn.; four daughters, Rene Alvarez and Melinda Thomason of Malvern, Ark., and Connie Hulsey and Carmin Kennington of Fouke, Ark.; four sisters, Dorothy, Wilma, Brenda and Leda; and 14 grandchildren. Services will be noon Thursday at Corinth Church of Christ, Fouke, with Brian Glenn and Leon Turner officiating. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery, Fouke, under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes.
