IDABEL, Okla.—Jodi Leann Watson Baxter, 42, of Idabel died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018, at her home. Ms. Baxter was born March 28, 1976, in De Queen, Ark. Survivors include her father, Jimmy Watson of Jefferson, Texas; her mother, Alice Parks Ebert of Idabel; four brothers and two sisters-in-law, B.J. Billy John and Katrina Watson of Harleton, Texas, Cody Watson of Jefferson, James and Dana Hallum of Broken Bow, Okla., and Scott Blankenship of Dallas, Texas; one sister and brother-in-law, Candy and Bryan Doss of Camden, Ark.; and a number of other relatives.
