MAGNOLIA, Ark.—Bernice Elizabeth Smith, 95, of Magnolia died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, in a local nursing home. Ms. Smith was born July 12, 1923, in Magnolia. Survivors include two sisters and one brother-in-law, Ruthie and Cleotis Sharp and Ruthie Brown of Magnolia; one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Mary Dread of Magnolia; one god son, the Rev. Victor Morgan of Magnolia; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Victor Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Kings Hill Cemetery under direction of R.L. Reed Funeral Home. Visitation will be noon to 4:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Online registration is at rlreedfuneralhome.com.
