LINDA LAPER

Linda Darleen Neff Laper, 68, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018. Mrs. Laper was born Feb. 22, 1950, in Warren, Ohio. She was a former dispatcher with Bowie County Sheriff's Department, former member of Arkansas Chapter of Civil Air Patrol, employed with Housing Authority of Texarkana, Texas, and a member of United Church of God. Survivors include one daughter, Jessica Laper of Rockdale, Texas; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Donna Neff of Ashdown, Ark., and Lonnie and Kay Neff and Gary and Jo Neff of Atlanta, Texas; one sister and brother-in-law, Violet and Steve Helms of Lake Dallas, Texas; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Church of God International.
