James H Chism

James H. Chism, 76, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018. Mr. Chism was born Sept. 6, 1942, in the Sardis Community, Ark. He was a business owner, a former city councilman and a car salesman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Earline Chism. Survivors include four children, Jackie Helms of Lockesburg, Ark., Jon Boatwright of Los Angeles, Calif., Jason Chism of Arkadelphia, Ark., and Jamie Cardine of Houston, Texas; and nine grandchildren. There will be a private memorial service.
