CLARKSVILLE, Texas—Larry Smith, 65, of Detroit, Texas, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2018, in Carrollton, Texas. Mr. Smith was born Feb. 16, 1953, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was retired from Tarrant County College District. Survivors include five siblings, Jeanette McMullin of Athens, Ga., Ron Smith of Wickenburg, Ariz., Charles Smith of Magnolia, Ark., Bob Smith of Detroit and David Smith of Dallas; and a number of other relatives. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Woodland Cemetery with Bob Smith officiating. Burial will be under direction of Clarksville Funeral Home. Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Online registration is at clarksvillefuneralhome.com.
