LITTLE ROCK—James Clifton Rooters Jr., 67, of Little Rock died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018. Survivors include one son, Timothy Coleman; his stepmother, Fannie Mae Rooters; 10 siblings, George Rooters, Ella Rooters, Clifton Rooters, Billy Rooters, Ricky Rooters, Justin Rooters, Jessie Jones, Phyllis Davis, Marilyn Irvin and Rubie McDuffie; three grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Robinson Mortuary.
