HOPE, Ark.—Carolyn Dawson, 56, of Texarkana, Ark., died Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, at her home. Ms. Dawson was preceded in death by one daughter, Consuelo Labele. Survivors include one son, Raphael Medina of Albuquerque, N.M.; one daughter, Esperanza Medina of Albuquerque; one sister and brother-in-law, Kim and David Nailling; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Joyce Heinrich, Michael and Sherry Shelton and Johnny and Sharon Shelton; nine grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at 301 Linden St., Texarkana, Ark., under direction of Hicks Funeral Home.
