KAREN ENGLEDOWL

Karen June Engledowl, age 80, of Texarkana, Arkansas died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at her son's home surrounded by her family. Mrs. Engledowl was born December 11, 1938 in Hughes Springs, Texas and lived in Texarkana most of her life. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother and enjoyed fishing with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, of sixty-three years, Raymond Engledowl and one grandson, Kelly Engledowl. She is survived by five children, Tommy Engledowl and his wife, Angie of Texarkana, Texas, Chris Engledowl and his wife, Brenda of Fouke, Arkansas, Debbie Wooten and her husband, Mike of Fouke, Arkansas, Rodney Engledowl and his wife, Kay of Atlanta, Texas, Scott Engledowl and his wife, Ladena of Fouke, Arkansas, eighteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and one great- great granddaughter and a host of friends and other relatives. A celebration of Karen's life will be 10:00 A. M. Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Texarkana Christian Center with Rev. David E. Boone, Sr. officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
