David I Kinney

ATLANTA, Texas—David I. Kinney, 79, of Atlanta died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2018, at his home. Mr. Kinney was born Dec. 6, 1939, in Cass County, Texas. He was retired from the Texas Forest Service and a member of Sand Hill Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by one grandchild, Joshua Alexander. Survivors include his wife, Reba Kinney of Atlanta; three daughters, Debbie Daniels of Redwater, Texas, and Dorrita Kinney and Lori Hobbs of Atlanta; three stepchildren, Susan Collins of McLeod, Texas, Phillip Alexander of Atlanta and Melissa Purcell of Lockesburg, Ark.; one sister, Nelda Perkins of Trinity, Texas; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Sand Hill Assembly of God Church with Ronnie Raines officiating. Burial will be in Queen City Cemetery under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
