Barbara Randolph

HOPE, Ark.—Barbara "Jayne" Randolph, 83, of Prescott, Ark., died Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, in Prescott. Ms. Randolph was born June 10, 1935, in Longview, Texas. She was a teacher and a librarian. Survivors include one sister, Dr. Ann Randolph Flipse; two nieces, Ann Flipse and Sara Flipse; two nephews, Jay Flipse and Tim Flipse; and two cousins, Mike Stephens and Paul Stephens. Graveside memorial services will be held at a later date at Snell Cemetery, Emmet, Ark., under direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home. Online registration is at herndonfuquafuneralhomes.com.
