HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas—Leticia Morton, 41, of Gilmer, Texas, died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018. Ms. Morton was born Sept. 7, 1976. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Beginnings Church, Gilmer.
