DeKALB, Texas—Eddie Steelman, 52, of DeKalb died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2018, at his home. Mr. Steelman was born Aug. 23, 1965, in DeKalb. He was a mechanic with Red River Army Depot and a member of DeKalb Hunting Club. Survivors include his mother, Dot Steelman of DeKalb; one brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Kay Steelman of DeKalb; one sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Wendal Cox of Booneville, Ark.; one niece and spouse, Alyssa and Jacob Maroney of Quinlan, Texas; one nephew, Adam Cox of Booneville; and a number of other relatives.
