De QUEEN, Ark.—Delmon Everett Williamson, 71, of De Queen died Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018, in a Little Rock hospital. Mr. Williamson was born April 22, 1946, in De Queen. He was retired from Weyerhaeuser, a Baptist and a Vietnam War Marines and Army Reserve veteran. He was preceded in death by one son, Chad Williamson; and one grandson, Dylan Blake Heikes. Survivors include his wife, Joan Williamson of De Queen; three sons, Michael Edward Williamson and Scott Dewayne Williamson of De Queen and Jimmy Wayne Eastman of Nashville, Ark.; two daughters, Sarah Jane Short of Horatio, Ark., and Kristi Lavon Heikes of Lockesburg, Ark.; two sisters, Loraine Adcock of De Queen and Elaine dugan of Horatio; 14 grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Chandler Funeral Home with Jimmy Roden officiating. Burial with military rites will be Clear Creek Cemetery.
